It is with a sad and heavy heart that we announce the passing of Town of Clarkstown Councilman Mark Woods. Over the weekend, the 54-year-old had an unexpected heart attack. This retired NYPD detective and Iraq veteran served in many capacities around town, including non-profit The Joseph P. Dwyer Veteran Peer Services at Bridges. Condolences to his family and friends.
