#FreeIceCreamIt's time to kick off summer and SweetGuy is ready to hit the streets!Things are a little different in 2020 so we would like to take this time to share how we will continue to safely deliver smiles by the mile!SweetGuy will now only accept electronic contactless payment in our ice cream trucks. You read that right...This means NO CASH will be accepted. Let's get the kids ready with their very own contact-free gift card and their first ice cream is on us!We understand and accept this policy of eliminating physical currency exchange will result in fewer sales. We feel this is a reasonable and necessary precaution to do our part in protecting the children we serve and, in doing so, drastically reduce any potential for transmission of #COVID19. SweetGuy asks for your support and your help in spreading the word so you and your neighbors can be prepared when everyone starts hearing our jingle later this week.We have upgraded our point of sale to be able to offer as many contactless transaction types as possible: Apple/Samsung pay, chipped cards, physical and even e-gift card voucher codes. ...
